Who we are
Practice CEO is educational coaching software for independent practice owners (dental is our lead example). "We" and "us" mean Dental AI 22. You can write to us on the contact page.
Before you start (beta notice)
This is the notice you accept before your first read. Version 2026-11-04.
Practice CEO is in beta. Please read this short notice.
- It is an AI program. Practice CEO is an AI coach. It is not a person and it is not Jonathan Ingalls. Its reads come from software that follows written rules. Only the optional members' note is written by an AI model.
- General information only. It reacts to the numbers you enter. It is not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice, and it is not an appraisal or valuation. Check anything that matters with your own professionals.
- You make every decision. You stay in charge of every decision. What you do with a read is up to you.
- Practice figures only. Enter practice-level figures only. Never enter patient information. If you add any by mistake, remove the file and delete it from your device.
- Where your numbers go. Your files are read in your browser. They are not uploaded to us. They are saved only on your device, and you can delete them any time with "Delete everything on this device" on the free read page. The one exception: if you press the button for a members' AI note, summary figures (not your files) go through our server to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write it. We do not keep them. The provider may keep them for a limited time under its terms, and longer if its safety systems flag them. If you send us a message or your email through a form on this site, we receive it and keep it so we can reply.
- Beta software. It may have errors. It is provided "as is". This does not limit any rights the law will not let us limit. It is free right now. No card is needed, and nothing charges unless you choose a paid plan.
- Feedback. We may use your feedback to improve the product. We never quote you or use your name without your written permission.
Free right now
Everything on this site is free today: the officers' reads, every move with its plan, the sample months, the team board, the books from a bank file, the 2027 planner and the year-end checklist. No signup and no card are needed, and nothing can be bought.
When paid plans start
We plan to start paid plans later. The planned price for one practice is $49 a month, the office manager seat is planned to stay free, and extra team seats are planned at $9 a month each. These are plans, not offers, and they may change. Before anyone is charged, we will show the price, how often it renews and how to cancel on the page where you choose to pay, and you will have to choose it yourself. If you leave your email through the "Get notified when paid plans open" form, we will write to you once when that happens; leaving your email commits you to nothing.
What the service is, and is not
Practice CEO compares numbers you enter with typical ranges and suggests things to consider. It is not tax, legal, accounting, investment or valuation advice, and we are not a CPA firm, tax preparer, law firm or investment adviser. The officers are software, not people, and the software can be wrong. There is no human coach. You decide what to do; check anything that matters with your own CPA, attorney or adviser. Your numbers
Your files are processed in your browser and your numbers are saved on your device. We do not receive them, except the summary figures sent to an outside AI provider if you ask for an AI note (members). You are responsible for keeping a backup (the free read can download one). Do not enter patient names or patient information. See privacy.
No warranty; limit of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using it, and because it is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. California law governs these terms.
